3.1 Participant can submit proceeding now until : Deadline for full paper (oral presentation) submission: December 31, 2024.

3.2 proceeding must be submitted in the following format in 2 file types: .doc or .docx and .pdf files. Saving the files beginning with your abstract submission code* followed by First author's first name, e.g. if your abstract submission code* is P123 and the first author's first name is John, the abstract files will be named P123John.docx and P123John.pdf

3.3 Abstract submission code:

4.1 Poster must be the size of 90 x 120 cm or 36 x 48 in.
